Like many state laws, these statutes tend to vary from state to state which makes it important to review each statute individually. Typically, these statutes reduce the legal duty of agritourism operators to participants that are injured by some "inherent risk" associated with the agricultural operation. The effectiveness of these statutes vary considerably and so do the topics that the statutes address.
