Animal and Plant
Health Inspection Service is adopting as a final
rule, without change, an interim rule that amended the Asian longhorned beetle
regulations by removing portions of Middlesex and Union Counties, NJ, from the
list of quarantined areas.
The interim rule was necessary to relieve restrictions that
are no longer necessary because there are no longer any quarantined areas in
New Jersey because of Asian longhorned beetle.
The rule is in effect July 18, 2014.
The Federal Register is available here.
