Several System institutions responded to the Farm Credit
Administration's (FCA) July
2013 request for comments on the initiative to reduce regulatory
burden for Farm Credit System (FCS) institutions by identifying regulations
that they considered burdensome, ineffective, or duplicative, and the FCA has
responded to those comments.
The effective date is July 21, 2014.
