Environmental
Protection Agency (EPA) has ordered, pursuant to the Federal Insecticide,
Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), that the registrations of pesticide
products containing iprodione, pendimethalin, and permethrin be amended to
terminate certain uses.
Any
distribution, sale, or use of the products subject to this order is permitted
only in accordance with the terms of this order, including any existing stocks
provisions.
The
amendments went into effect August 13, 2014.
