The National Agricultural Law Center has recently updated two popular features of its website. First, the most recent update of the Federal Register Digest has been posted to the Center’s site. Click here to view a copy of the Digest update. The recent update is for June 15 to June 26. The Federal Register Digest provides a brief summary of some of the most significant agricultural law regulatory changes published in the Federal Register since January 1, 2002. Links to the official Federal Register publication of each rule are provided. The Digest is compiled by Jennifer Fiser, a Research Associate with the Center.
The Center also recently posted the most recent update of cases for the Center’s Case Law Indexes. Click here to view a copy of the update. The recent update represents those reported decisions for the month of June in each of the thirty-eight case law indexes on the Center’s website. The update is compiled by L. Paul Goeringer, a Research Associate with the Center.
