The Delta Farm Press is reporting that the Arkansas Rice Federation is planning on having meetings with growers next week to discuss the issues facing the industry. The meetings will be held throughout the state of Arkansas.Attending the meetings will be Ben Noble, Executive Director of the Arkansas Rice Federation. Joining Mr. Noble will be USA Rice Federation President and CEO Betsy Ward and their VP of Government Affars Reece Langley. Among the topics to be discussed are government and regulatory activities affecting the industry,
