Food Safety Bill Analysis

For those interested in some the nitty gritty details of the Food Safety and Enhancement Act that recently passed the House of Representatives should check out the analysis of the bill on Bill Marler's blog. Among the highlights of Marler's analysis are the details of what facilities are exempt from the legislation (i.e. restaurants, private residences, soup kitchens, food retail establishments, etc.) and the types of registration fees that the bill requires for food facilities. Marler also provides suggestions on how to improve the legislation.
