On Tuesday, Judge Kevin J. Ward denied a permanent injunction requested by neighbors hoping to stop the construction of the dairy. According to Bos, "I'm just happy I can start doing what I love to do and go about business normally now and that I don't have to keep fighting this injunction," Bos said late Tuesday. "My plan is to go in and build a good, sound dairy that is environmentally friendly and to be a good neighbor."
