ABA Carbon Trading and Energy Finance Committee Newsletter Available

Lawyers and policy makers working in the fields of environmental, energy, and natural resource law, and those interested in the aforementioned topics should consider checking out the latest issue of the Carbon Trading and Energy Finance Committee Newsletter made available by the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources (SEER).

The ABA describes SEER as the “Premier Forum for Environmental, Energy, and Resource Lawyers,” and to that end it appears the January 2010 issue of Carbon Trading and Energy Finance Committee Newsletter will not disappoint.

Articles in the January 2010 edition include “International Offsets in the Context of U.S. Climate Legislation,” “Climate Change and Cooperative Federalism: Federal Preemption of State Cap-and-Trade Programs,” and “Emissions Trading and Climate Change: Reporting Obligations,” among other articles.
