Country of Origin Labeling Webinar/CLE on Nov. 14

Posted November 12, 2013

The National Agricultural Law Center will host a webinar, “COOL or Not-So-COOL: Overview and Discussion of Country of Origin Labeling” on Thursday, November 14 from 12-1:30 CDT.

Debate over Country of Origin Labeling (COOL) has intensified since mandatory COOL for several products -- including beef, pork, and lamb -- was included in the 2002 Farm Bill.  More than a decade later, this debate is playing out in each branch of the government as well as the World Trade Organization.
