A new documentary, Food, Inc., opened in selected theaters across the country Friday. The movie examines our nation's food industry, claiming to expose "the highly mechanized underbelly that has been hidden from the American consumer with the consent of our government's regulatory agencies, USDA and FDA."The film features interviews with well known food authors such as Eric Schlosser and Michael Pollan.
