A recent opinion of the USDA’s Judicial Officer has been posted to the Center’s website. The decision involves the revocation an Animal Welfare Act License for exotic animal farm operated in Ohio. The exotic animal farm had failed to provide it’s animals with the requisite care required under the Animal Welfare Act.
