New Perspectives on Rural Economic Growth to be Discussed at Farm Foundation Forum

Those readers involved or interested in issues surrounding rural economic growth might be interested to know that the Farm Foundation Forum will be holding a discussion on the issue on Tuesday, September 15, 2009. The event runs from 9 to 11a.m. at the National Press Club, 529 14th Street NW, Washington D.C.

The event will include the following presenters: Mark Drabensott-Rural Policy Research Institute; Tim Penny-Southern Minnesota Initiative Foundation; and John Monson-AgStar Farm Credit Association. Each presenter has 15 minutes for comments, following comments the floor will be open for discussion.
