The challenges of defending food, beverage, and consumer product liability cases have never been greater, particularly considering the recent high-profile outbreaks and recalls resulting from contaminated food products. The GMA Webinar on Emerging Issues in Food Litigation will explore topics related to consumer product liability complaints, with a special focus on issues related to outbreaks and recalls. Participants will learn about recent developments in: 1)Food safety legislation and it’s potential impact on food litigation; 2)Criminal implications when outbreaks and recalls occur; and 3)Crisis management during outbreaks and recall.
