Kentucky Journal of Equine, Agricultural & Natural Resources Law Seeks Articles

The Kentucky Journal of Equine, Agricultural & Natural Resources Law is a multi-disciplinary journal of law, science, and policy published twice annually by the University of Kentucky College of Law. The Journal is edited entirely by students of the College of Law. The Journal is currently accepting unsolicited articles and essays focusing on the legal, policy, and ethical issues related to the equine agricultural, and natural resources issues to be considered for publication. Submissions should be typewritten and double-spaced. Citations, if used, should conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (18th ed. 2005). A resume, curriculum vitae, or brief biographical statement should accompany submissions. The editorial board independently evaluates all submissions and selects those most appropriate for publication. Consideration is given to substantive merit, professional interest, timeliness, clarity, and style. The Journal reserves the right to condition publication on satisfactory revision of the work.

The blog provides an interactive forum for legal scholars, practitioners and students a worldwide to discuss compelling issues in equine, agricultural and natural resources law.
