Submissions should be typewritten and double-spaced. Citations, if used, should conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (18th ed. 2005). A resume, curriculum vitae, or brief biographical statement should accompany submissions. The editorial board independently evaluates all submissions and selects those most appropriate for publication. Consideration is given to substantive merit, professional interest, timeliness, clarity, and style. The Journal reserves the right to condition publication on satisfactory revision of the work.
